What you need to know
RIDE is an Australian Made, Australian Owned, Pre-choreographed Indoor Cycle program with a focus on delivering smarter, music driven workouts for ANY Bike.
RIDE is suitable for studios equipped with smart technology as well as studios with the traditional 'music, mic & bike' rooms - our programs allow for a scaleable coaching approach that can grow with the needs of your members & your centres offer to members.
RIDE uses a ‘ride-to-colour’ coaching/training system - perfect for those members/instructors who have embraced smart equipment & wearable fitness tech.
The RIDE Instructor Training Module is a 2-Day face-to-face training weekend. The training covers off everything either a new instructor needs to get started with RIDE indoor cycle classes as well as offering the experienced Instructor some new tools to their toolbox no matter their experience.
